In a one hectare park you will find this lovely “Maison de Charme”, full of character and with a swimming pool. The park is historically protected meaning that the grounds must remain the same as they were in the ‘old’ days.
It’s located between the areas of Camargue and Cévennes.

Gites de France rates Les Aliziers with 4 épis, or ears of corn, or better, 4 stars!
Along the Via Domitia, you will be warmly welcomed by Louisette in her home which was built in 1891 but still maintains it’s character as the “House of the Master” (in French, the “Maison de Maître”). Situated in the center of the village of Uchaud, the villagers still call it the ‘Chateau’ (in English, of course it’s the castle!). The floors are still the original decorated cement tiles and the ceilings are 4 meters high! Superbe (in French and English!).
The renovation of the house finished in 2006 and it will be “refreshed”
in 2009.
